I agree with Mr. Harmon, who, by the way, will be speaking to one of my PR classes this Thursday. Reputation management and the creation of the CRO is not only excellent news for my growing major, but smart and logical for companies. Advertising is no longer the way! Public relations is essential to a successful business.
