Welcome to LuckyRenee. I don’t know how you found me, but I’m glad you did.

I’m Renee. I have the heart of a small town girl and the mind of a big city woman. I’m in my early 20s. My friend Kim says that my age diminishes my credibility. Kim’s in her early 20s too.

I have brown hair and green eyes and I’m not pretty when I cry. I’ve never been married. I’ve never broken a bone. I’ve been a writer for as long as I can remember and it’s the only thing that gets me through the day. When I act inappropriately, I own it, and when you act inappropriately, I’ll be the first one to call you out. So don’t.

I’m not that nice of a person. I can be, but I don’t usually come off as such because I’m endlessly honest. Honesty is better, trust me. Except for when it’s better to lie.

Other facts about me:

- I have a degree from a Big 10 university. I studied the dark side of communications and the fluffy side of business.

- I’ve been blogging for 3 and a half years. I’ve never stuck to a theme.

- I’m a Mac user. This makes me more artistic, somehow.

- I feel like I’m the only blogger ever that doesn’t live in New York City. But don’t worry. I’ll get there.
